Overall Purpose:

Responsible for designing and developing compelling sales collateral to support channel marketing programs in order to enhance the productivity, revenues, and profitability of channels. Focused on sales collateral for direct sales and channel sales

This position is viewed as the foremost expert within the channel discipline and as an acknowledged authority within the organization.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Creative designer and writer for sales collateral.

  • Fully understand value proposition and use cases

  • Works collaboratively with product, the field sales team and the Public safety market development team.

  • Responsible for developing compelling content for sales to use in direct sales and channel sales

  • Manages a sales content library of assets and keeps it fresh.

  • Works with partners for joint content development

  • Work closely with product and solutions team for new features, capabilities and be able to articulate them into a concise value proposition

  • Build customer facing sales content on mobility value proposition for government and public Safety accounts

  • Conceptualizing, designing, managing campaigns around compelling content to increase prospective customers path to purchase

  • Helping managing content library and content strategy relevant to gov't and public safety vertical for sales

  • Understand which content is being leveraged in the sales process

  • Design and manage a solid proposal template for sales.

  • Leverage and seek customer testimonial content to be leveraged in all channels for sales content (i.e. Digital, print, social, etc)

  • Digital Marketing Experience and up to speed on latest digital marketing trends

  • Ability to turn around high quality images, video and graphic design work quickly

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in channel marketing programs

  • Graphic Design skills

  • Adobe Photoshop and advanced adobe tools

  • Requires advanced knowledge of marketing field

  • Proven ability to think creatively

  • Data Analytics capabilities

  • Expert Excel and Powerpoint skills

  • Strong technical writer

  • Must attend citizens academy

  • Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts

  • Government Wireless sales and marketing experience

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or masters degree in marketing preferred

  • Knowledge of Public Safety and Gov't Vertical preferred.
