As an AT&T Entertainment Sales and Service Representative you’ll have an opportunity to provide AT&T customers with a positive sales and service experience focused on our entertainment, broadband, and mobility products . Not only that, you’ll also:

Our Entertainment Sales and Service Representative must be able to:

  • Be available to work any scheduled hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required to remain on the job

  • Receive satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening

  • Computer skills and sales background preferred but not required !

Qualify on the following:

  • Pre-employment screening

  • Customer Experience Assessment-Sales (CEA-Sales)

Customer Service Assessment (CSA)
