•Provide direct support to FirstNet Account teams including account segmentation, FAN Assignments
•Troubleshoot and resolve billing, ordering, contracting, and pricing issues.
•Manage localized training programs
•Measure channel effectiveness using SalesForceand ROME
•Operational analysis of customer and/or service data and be able to make recommendations on these results; provide analysis of effectiveness by vertical including account penetration and production
•Provide proposal support to sales managers
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced modeling and analytics capabilityin Excel
•Strong communications (written and verbal) and presentations skills
•Knowledge of AT&T Reporting Tools including SAART, MR2020,Business Objects, BID/Sunrise, Horizon, DSR, Dashboard, MyComp
•Understanding of Mobility services and operational metrics including Gross Adds, Churn, Net Adds, FRPO, Upgrades, and ARPU
•Ability to clear a background and drug test
•3+ years experience in a reporting/analyst role
•7+ years sales operations experience
•Bachelors degree in a business discipline
•Exemplary analytical skills
•Keen attention to detail
