DUTIES: Architect, test, and certify VPN and security solutions for AT&T Enterprise Offers, specifically AT&T Managed Services. Design and implement the testing automation framework utilizing various tools including Apache, MySQL, PHP, Python, Java, C, and C#. Build data center frameworks using VMWare, Cisco UCS, NetApp, and datacenter wiring and cabling. Configure platforms including GSR, 6500, 7200VXR, ISRs, ASAs. Work with VPNs, setting up IPSEC Site-to-Site, Remote Access, IKEv1, IKEv2, interoperability testing with vendors, in addition to configuring and troubleshooting protocols - OSPF, BGP, MPLS, DHCP, SNMP, EIGRP, IPSEC, and Remote Access. Test and certify various vendor devices and develop the architecture that meets the offer and product requirements. Analyze various vendor solutions and derive the best options that meet Product and Operations requirements. Support and provide training to various support organizations on the solution. Work with tools such as Ixia and Spirent and build capacity planning and throughput metrics so customers can purchase the right product. Develop, design, plan, and build wireless and wired networks. Conduct industry-leading research and development for network technologies as well as the applications that take advantage of connectivity. Participate in the system design to securely deliver the management traffic in Domain 2.0 project. Design the architecture of NMTE client and service chaining scheme and provide detailed requirements to the vendor’s development. Lead and participate in technical discussions regularly with vendor and internal team to help the developing process. Coordinate with the GFP-CPE team for the system test. Test and perform quality control for the vendor code drop for NMTE client. Write the design guide to help the solution implementation. Design POC tests to help create the variant possible solutions. Plan the vFW and VNF on uCPE for Domain 2.0 project. Design the service chaining, routing protocols, and data collection format.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering followed by five (5) years experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive experience designing and implementing the testing automation framework utilizing various tools including Apache, MySQL, PHP, Python, Java, C, and C#; building data center frameworks using VMWare, Cisco UCS, NetApp, and datacenter wiring and cabling; and configuring platforms including GSR, 6500, 7200VXR, ISRs, ASAs. Experience to include working with VPNs, setting up IPSEC Site-to-Site, Remote Access, IKEv1, IKEv2, interoperability testing with vendors, in addition to configuring and troubleshooting protocols - OSPF, BGP, MPLS, DHCP, SNMP, EIGRP, IPSEC, and Remote Access.
