AT&T SR. ASSOCIATE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT in San Isidro, Argentina
Senior IT Support (Service Delivery). Provide technical support to the associates locally and/or remotely. Help to manage local and remote projects and initiatives with team members from different locations. Different work shifts out of the business hours may be required to support infrastructure or other specific activities. From time to time it may be necessary to visit other supported locations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the associates locally and/or remotely.
Support IT infrastructure as needed.
Setup PCs, Printers and other IT equipment as required.
Key Competencies and Skills:
At least 3 years with experience in Desktop Support.
Knowledge on MS Windows and Office products.
Comfortable working with people.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Good teamwork and leadership skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Education and Qualifications:
Graduated in IT-related course.
Preferably certified for Cisco, Microsoft, and/or VMware Products.
Experience with virtualization technologies is desired.
Portuguese is desired.
