AT&T Enterprise Service Desk Specialist Senior (Government) Camp Pendleton, CA in San Diego, California

This position is located in Camp Pendleton, CA

High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

  • Conduct operations in support of the Service Desk

  • Execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues

  • Open and close tickets

  • Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology Services.

  • Certified in accordance with DOD8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician II.

  • A minimum of 2 year of customer service experience in an IT environment including 2 year of ticketing system experience, plus an understanding of Service Level goals and targets, 1 year of experience in Remote Desk Takeover tools and usage.

ITIL v3 Foundations preferred

Must be a US Citizen and possess a clearance
