AT&T Enterprise Service Desk Specialist Mid (Government) Camp Pendleton, CA in San Diego, California
This position is located in Camp Pendleton, CA
High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology Services.. 1 year experience in Information Technology required including at least 1 year of customer service experience in IT. Certified in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician II.
Must possess one of the following:
Security+, CCNA, GSEC, SSCP
Must be a US Citizen and possess a clearance
