AT&T Associate, Video Operations in Los Angeles, California

Overall Purpose: Assists with the managing the health of the Entertainment Platform within, but not limited to the Linear, Streaming, VOD and Ad Insertion platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities: Provides immediate response to system problems and outages.

Tasked with monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting on-air services. Assists in fault management detection via ticketing, equipment alerts and communication from external Care Teams.

Helps to quickly identify source of issue and work toward problem resolution by removing roadblocks.

Escalates problems to Tier II support or service provider. Manages ticketing and tracking of problems. Part of 24x7 staff delivering technical support.

Education: Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience. Experience: Typically requires 0-1 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. Supervisory: No.
