AT&T Linux Systems Admin in Hyderabad, India
Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements. May also be responsible for software installations and 24/7 production support.

Knowledge of Network Attached Storage(NAS)
Knowledge of UNIX (Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Windows, Linux)
Understanding of Change Management Life Cycle Principles
System Support and Trouble Analysis skills (root cause analysis, alarm management platforms, troubleshooting, etc)

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field
8-10 years experience
Knowledge of call processing
Server & System Administration skills
Knowledge of Analysis Tools (Access 7, GeoProbe, GSTool, RCATS)
Hardware installation and repair skills
Knowledge of OSI network protocol design
Hardware/software skills necessary to support the telephony/voice infrastructure (Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, Nortel)
Knowledge of Configuration, Backup, and Restoral processes necessary to support the telephony/voice infrastructure
Experience using and writing technical documentation
High level vendor certifications (i.e. CCNA)
Mastery of the English language with the ability to effectively communicate with other technical professionals in English within a fast paced technical environment.
