AT&T Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics in El Segundo, California

AT&T Entertainment Group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with exceptional strategic thinking, a broad knowledge of digital marketing channels, an analytical mind and a solid quantitative grounding to join our organization. You will partner with the Digital Marketing team and our ad agencies to provide a consolidated understanding of digital marketing performance across all channels including SEM, display, and social for upper, middle, and lower funnel tactics. You will be the liaison between the Marketing Analytics & Strategy and Digital Marketing teams.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of digital media performance data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and indicated actions

  • Act as subject matter expert when communicating internally and externally regarding digital marketing media, tools, and technologies

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnership with Business Channel Owners and media agencies

  • Advise executives and business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in the data to recommend business direction

Skills needed to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing role

  • BS/BA in business, marketing, communications or related field

  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud suite, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Kenshoo, etc.

  • Must possess a solid understanding of digital and consumer marketing

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others

  • Experience in large media, technology, ecommerce, or other subscription based company is a plus
