AT&T Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics in El Segundo, California
AT&T Entertainment Group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with exceptional strategic thinking, a broad knowledge of digital marketing channels, an analytical mind and a solid quantitative grounding to join our organization. You will partner with the Digital Marketing team and our ad agencies to provide a consolidated understanding of digital marketing performance across all channels including SEM, display, and social for upper, middle, and lower funnel tactics. You will be the liaison between the Marketing Analytics & Strategy and Digital Marketing teams.
Key areas of focus include:
Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of digital media performance data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and indicated actions
Act as subject matter expert when communicating internally and externally regarding digital marketing media, tools, and technologies
Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnership with Business Channel Owners and media agencies
Advise executives and business partners with regards to patterns and relationships in the data to recommend business direction
Skills needed to be successful:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing role
BS/BA in business, marketing, communications or related field
Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud suite, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Kenshoo, etc.
Must possess a solid understanding of digital and consumer marketing
Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
Experience in large media, technology, ecommerce, or other subscription based company is a plus
