AT&T Lead Video Product Strategy and Analysis in El Segundo, California
Position will work closely with executives within AT&T Entertainment Group and will serve a key strategic and advisory role to the video business.
Supports and executes analysis, research and solution development to aid executive leadership in setting the strategy for the video product.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for looking across multiple variables to identify key trends and performance indicators and their interrelatedness. Coordinate analysis and develop presentations used as a basis for decision-making by management.
Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the economics of business and thorough understanding of the income statement and balance sheet.
Integrate both financial and strategic analysis into a synthesized set of hypotheses and conclusions.
Distill core components of complex problems into succinct and easily understood set of conclusions.
Formulate strategy for pricing, procurement, promotion, distribution channel strategy and selection, competitive analysis, or marketing planning for the product/service line by collaborating across AT&T organizations.
You will be accountable for financial analysis and revenue attainment.
Demonstrate confidence and poise in presenting hypotheses, conclusions and recommendations to senior management.
You will work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of industry trends and competitive dynamics requires evaluation of a variety of factors and potential outcomes.
Typically a masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Typically 3-5 years of experience in related field. Supervisory: No.
Five years work experience, preferably with a media/entertainment company, investment bank or consulting company
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

Proven ability to successfully partner with internal organizations including engineering, product, and finance teams
Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
MBA from top tier business school
