AT&T Lead Strategic Pricing Manager in El Segundo, California

Our Lead pricing manager develops nationwide promotional offers for our Wireless, TV and integrated bundles. The role will responsible for forecasting the offers impact volume and financial impact to the organization, along with analyzing actuals vs. forecasts. The role will provide the opportunity to demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills as the role is very dynamic and in a fast-paced environment requiring competitive and business awareness. A good sense of finance/accounting and business case modeling are a must.

The successful candidate will:

  • Evaluate offer ideation opportunities and translating that to a quick impact analysis on expected sales and cost

  • Develop an understanding of the base forecast and lift impacts with offers

  • Develop senior level post-mortems on offer results

  • Demonstrate awareness of budgetary implications and corporate financial objectives

  • Have an understanding the impact of offers/pricing on overall profit objectives

  • Coordinate with product and supply team on portfolio and inventory

  • Have an understanding of contract negotiations with manufacturers

  • Be engaged with channel strategies and impacts

Critical skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft application, especially Excel and Power Point

  • Ability to use database query tools and modeling

  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Focus on accuracy

  • Minimum 7-10 years in pricing/financial disciplines

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Marketing

  • MBA strongly preferred
