AT&T Lead Marketing Manager in El Segundo, California

Description –

This role works directly with OEM Partners on a weekly basis. This person needs to have a strong understanding of the creative development process and will need to build strong working relationships with their counterparts at the OEM partners. The person in this role will need to have a thorough understanding of the AT&T retail store environment, and will need to become the SME on OEM Marketing Guidelines. This is a highly visible role that requires working with multiple departments within AT&T. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, work well under pressure, having a proven track record of managing a heavy workload, be able to quickly prioritize as needed and will work quickly to find solutions to issues as they arise. Some specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage merchandising execution for all retail locations for all OEM products

  • Manage all in store POP creation and approval for all new product launches and promotions for all OEMs

  • Work with 15+ internal groups on launch plans and creative updates tied to any new product launch

  • Manage accessories merchandising launches including any merchandising or promotional placements across all OEMs

  • Manage ongoing maintenance of the Apple Branded Fixture

Required skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

  • 5 or more years of marketing/advertising experience

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products

  • A strong understanding of our brand principles and how we integrate third party brands
