AT&T Lead Marketing Manager, Operations in El Segundo, California

Our Lead Marketing Manager develops promotional offers for our Wireless, OTT and integrated bundles. In this role, you will be the foundation for short and long term marketing and strategic planning and operational execution. This includes:

  • Manage and develop the consumer offer portfolio for a product or set of products including integrated bundles

  • Develop operational path to execute offers and ad hoc care processes

  • Support special channel offer needs from multiple internal clients

  • Manage multiple priority initiatives simultaneously in an efficient, effective manner

  • Interface with Product, Operations, Pricing, Channels, Advertising and Competitive Intelligence teams and others as needed to translate consumer needs into a superior and differentiated promotional strategy

  • Provide analytic expertise and conceptual thought leadership in support of AT&T's consumer offer strategy development

  • Drive development of executive offer performance reporting on new offers

Critical skills:

  • 5+ years’ Product Marketing experience within relevant industry and/or vertical

  • Ability to analyze sales trend and competitive intelligence data that inform the development of promotional offers that drive the attainment of sales objectives

  • Excellent project management skills and the desire to conquer deadlines

  • Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

  • Proficient using Microsoft products including Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and Project

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or Business

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
