AT&T Lead Marketing Manager, OEM in El Segundo, California

This role works directly with Device Manufactures (Samsung, LG, etc.) on a daily basis. This person needs to have a strong understanding of the creative development process and will need to build strong working relationships with their Device Manufactures counterparts. The person in this role will need to have a thorough understanding of the AT&T brand, and will need to become the SME on AT&T’s Marketing Guidelines. This is a highly visible role that requires working with multiple departments within AT&T. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, work well under pressure, having a proven track record of managing a heavy workload, be able to quickly prioritize as needed and will work quickly to find solutions to issues as they arise. Some specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage review and approval of all OEM’s inclusive jobs submitted through the AT&T brand site.

  • Work with 15+ internal groups on launch plans and creative updates tied to launch

  • Manage merchandising execution for all retail locations for OEM specific products

  • Manage ongoing maintenance of the OEM fixtures

Critical skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

  • 5 or more years of marketing/advertising experience

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products

  • A strong understanding of our brand principles and how we integrate third party brands

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
