AT&T Traffic Coordinator in Denver, Colorado
Overall Purpose: Provides administrative and process support in the daily execution of traffic department activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Works directly with traffic manager, account executives and sales support staff to ensure that deals are executed as sold.
Enters copy and edits on-air commercial and/or digital advertisement logs. Maintains well-organized information about advertisers to avoid billing discrepancies and maintains traffic schedule.
Coordinates activities / processes that support assigned unit / team / projects. Is proficient in and has working knowledge of the full scope of the position.
Effectively coordinates the resolution of problems and roadblocks as they occur. Recognizes deviation from accepted practices and confirms appropriate next steps.
Interacts with internal and team members, peers and/or managers to exchange semi- routine information related to assigned activities.
Cultivates and maintains positive working relationships with counterparts at agencies.
Receives work in the form of short-term assignments or processes that sometimes require the application of independent judgment to resolve variances from defined procedures.
Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments. Work is subject to regular supervisory review at regular intervals.
Education: High School Diploma preferred. Experience: Typically 2 or more years progressively responsible coordination experience. Supervisory: No.
