AT&T Sr UX Researcher in Dallas, Texas
Applies human behavior principles and methodologies to research problems in order to design the best customer experience for AT&T Online, Web and Mobile products and services. Project responsibility may include developing user-experience research plans, data collection, moderating design testing sessions, and delivering research reports. Understanding of how to interpret design principles and standards to evaluate effective designs required. Working knowledge of research methods and practices in several areas-usability (formative and summative), ethnographic/field studies, surveys, Cards Sorts, Personas, time-in-motion studies, heuristic evaluations. Should be familiar with both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Works with close supervision and direction from more senior experience researchers.
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Human Factors Engineering or equivalent experience. Experience: Moderate-level, real-world experience in design (3-5 years) with limited experience managing projects independently.
