DUTIES: Analyze, negotiate, and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions, divestitures and strategic equity investments for AT&T relating to its Business Services and International lines of business/business segments; work closely with senior management to identify targets, define strategic rationale and evaluate potential transactions; perform net present value analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and utilize other valuation techniques to assess economic value of potential transactions; perform comparable trading peers and precedent transactions valuation; build and develop detailed valuation models with dynamic financial statements to assess financial impacts to AT&T; oversee the due diligence process, including managing virtual data rooms and coordinating with internal and external constituents; develop presentation materials for internal approval by AT&T Officers and the AT&T Board of Directors; support the structuring and negotiation of term sheets and definitive agreements; perform merger and synergies modeling; manage and plan for the post-closing transition and integration processes; originate, analyze, and execute merger and acquisition transactions, divestitures and strategic equity investments across telecommunication, business services, and international segments of AT&T; perform financial analysis and financial modeling, business valuation, deal structuring, acquisition and equity investment transactions, negotiations and execution, risk analysis, and industry research and analysis; and draft investment presentations for AT&T top-management.

REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling, business valuation, building and developing detailed valuation models with dynamic financial statements, deal structuring, acquisition and equity investment transactions, negotiations and execution, risk analysis, and industry research and analysis; performing discounted cash flow analysis; performing net present value analysis; performing merger and synergies modeling; and performing comparable trading peers and precedent transactions valuation.
