AT&T Knowledge Management Specialist (Government) in Columbia, Maryland
Provide knowledge management (KM) of DoD endpoint security solution (ESS)
Author, maintain and upload relevant content to include product pages updated with latest release information and test results
Provide and update the appropriate knowledge management portals used by the Government to ensure information provided to the DoD Enterprise is current
Knowledgeable of ESS tools and processes in order to support this function
Integrate information from departments and functions throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external customers
Train and educate front-end users of the knowledge management tools
Develop reports as required to support operations, write knowledge content as required, and prepare presentations for senior management to support recommended changes, new initiatives or enhancements
Monitor solution benefits and key measures of success to ensure that ongoing benefits are realized, and facilitates development of controls with business partners through streamlining processes and system automation
Support all positions with appropriate analysis and backup materials
Collaborate across many business units to communicate complex concepts
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Knowledge Management Specialist.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, or related discipline.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communications skills.
Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
Background in Microsoft Systems Security and configuration along with use and operation of HBSS
Desired Experience, Education, and Certifications:
Required Clearance: Active SECRET Ability to obtain Top Secret
