We are looking for candidates with great communication skills as well as strong problem solving abilities to provide 24/7 Help Desk Tier 1 support. Communication skills will be extremely important as - phone and in-person support for a variety of services including email, LAN/WAN, desktop applications and COTS/GOTS applications will be required. Shift work is required for this position.
A competitive candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Help Desk experience as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical or Math. Two (2) years of Help Desk experience with an Associates or three (3) years’ experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
