AT&T VoIP Events Manager in Brno, Czech Republic

Location: Brno, Czech Republic

The VoIP Events Manager is responsible for providing 24x7 network operations fault management support for AT&T’s VoIP Networks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor AT&T VoIP Networks

  • Respond to Alarm data and indications

  • Respond to customer trouble reports

  • Triage and trouble isolation

  • Troubleshoot Network and VoIP application Issues

  • Follow AT&T Standards for escalating trouble conditions and informing management

  • Shift Work to cover network 24x7x365

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • English - B2, C1

  • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting UNIX servers and applications

  • Understanding and working knowledge of LAN and WAN - routing, switching, data flow

  • Experience with ticketing systems

  • Experience with TDM Networks, 4ESS switching, SS7 T1’s, DACS will be considered as advantage

Education and Qualifications:

Voice over IP knowledge and experience required. Certifications such as Cisco, SIP or VoIP are not required but beneficial
