Proactive management of Mobility Network.

Responsible for analyzing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of network infrastructure and application components.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The ability to identify and repair hardware and software failures involving Cisco CRS,12416 (GSR), 7613/09, 6509/4, 4800, 3600, 2900 and Juniper M and MX series routers. Coordinate repairs during the maintenance window.

Diagnose and trouble shoot circuit failures with onsite technicians as well as third party vendors.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with a diverse Team.

Key Competencies and Skills:

Working knowledge of Remedy AOTS, either UD or desktop client. Possess a very broad technical knowledge and understanding of large scale, LAN/WAN networks. An understanding of OSPF/BGP Routing Protocols,

switching VLAN design and setup. Experience with MPLS on

an LDP switched networks. Well versed in Internet Protocol version 4 & 6 (IPV4 & IPv6). Candidates should possess strong UNIX administration skills and scripting capabilities are a definite plus.

Education and Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in related field plus minimum of 3 - 5 years

experience is preferred. Equivalent work experience in lieu of

Bachelor’s degree may be considered. A Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent AND Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS,.) is required.

CCNP or CCIP is desired.
