AT&T Senior Associate, Network Services Maintenance in Brno, Czech Republic
Technical Support for web conferencing services WebEx, WebEx CCA-SP, AT&T Connect. Troubleshoot web conferencing service issues including 3rd party integrations
Roles and Responsibilities:
Will work closely with higher tier resources to escalate software defects. Will process or facilitate customer MACD requests. Outage Management, alarming, monitoring support for key network and application layer components AT&T
Key Competencies and Skills:
Must have extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, including plug-ins. Software packaging for central deployment experience preferred.
Education and Qualifications:
Shift will be determined but need flexibility, primary function will be to support European peak business hours.
Need strong English speaking and writing skills.
