AT&T Network Operations Center Manager in Brno, Czech Republic

This position requires management of 15-20 employees working in a 24/7 technical operations center offering support to US vendors operating on mobility equipment. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and network quality for US operations with respect to cell site maintenance activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The main deliverables of this position include network quality assurance, mobility technical troubleshooting, successful management of direct report employees and accountability to leadership.

Key Competencies and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years managing direct reports of 5 or more

Minimum of 2 years experience with UMTS, LTE and transport technologies

Must be experienced with excel, word and powerpoints

Excellent soft skills

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree desired

Additional Information:

Must be fluent in English

Willing to travel to US where necessary
