AT&T Account Manager (Government) in Bluemont, Virginia
We are seeking a senior telecommunications Account Manager.
The position will directly support the FEMA Enterprise Circuit Provisioning Team in provisioning AT&T services, researching/correcting AT&T billing issues and working special projects as directed by FEMA.
The candidate will need to attain fluency in AT&T’s provisioning, tracking and billing systems, including SOTS, POCITS, Business Direct, VAIN and GIOM. Candidate will be responsible for processing and tracking provisioning, correction, change and disconnect orders as well as resolution of billing concerns.
The Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working collaboratively with AT&T internal organizations including The FEMA Account Team, PSO, Programs, Billing, Engineering and directly with the customer to fulfill mission requirements.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity and experience with AT&T Services and electronic systems is a plus.
Work is performed at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) in Bluemont, VA and may include a requirement to telework from personal residence on occasion. Out of normal business hours and weekend work will be required. Occasional travel may be required or other duties as assigned.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and willing and able to obtain a FEMA Public Trust and may be requested to process for a Government issued Top Secret clearance. Holding a current TS is a plus.
