AT&T Staff Associate, Technical Support in Bengaluru, India

It's a critical position to provide onsite support to 900 users in GCSC /MIS operation center in Bangalore .There is only one IT onsite support Staff per shift. If the position can't be backfilled , no IT support in one of the shift.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide onsite support and service delivery for all IT activities in the country .Coordinating with other common support functions. Ensure corporate policies are enforced standards are applied and process are followed locally .Collect local Business needs and channel to proper corporate IT groups .Escalate critical IT Incidence to IT Management attention Need to work on shift and provide on call standby support after office hours.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  1. Three years or above hands on experience on PC support in multinational corporate environment .

2.Familiar with Microsoft Windows in an enterprise network environment ,Microsoft Office Suites, PC Technology, premises infrastructure maintenance including cabling system.

3.Good Knowledge of LAN/WAN Technology .

4.Service Oriented and Customer Focus .

5.Hardworking and strong problem solving skills with creative and analytic mind set.

6.Good verbal and written communication skill in English.

Education and Qualifications:

Diploma or Any Graduate .

Microsoft (MCSA,MCSE), CISCO (CCNA), PMP ,ITIL Certificates are preferred.

Additional Information:

Preferred language is English Communication (Reading , Writing and speaking).

24x7 . TSI onsite support work on three shift pattern. Analytical and Self Management .PLE program will help employee development and training.
