Working as a Sales Performance Reporting Manager, you will analyze sales performance, operational or customer service data for assigned sales channel(s) and make recommendations based on results. You will also recommend changes to policies.
Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to meet goals

Work on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action
Frequently interacts with functional peer groups
Defines and develops reporting enhancements
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends

Responsible for location management including initial set-up and maintenance of all locations in CinglePoint II and all other applicable reporting and fulfillment systems, which supports:
o Enabling secure operations of Point of Sale systems
o Efficient and accurate distribution of sales collateral/merchandising
o Accurate payment of internal and external compensation
o Sales result reporting
- Responsible for performance reporting and analytics to include:
o Creating all regularly scheduled and ad hoc reporting requests
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
In Microsoft Excel, must be able to create pivot tables, convert data to different types of files, and use functions such as vlookup's and array formulas.
Ability to clear a background check and drug test
Ability to communicate clearly
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Three or more years experience working in a reporting analyst role.
7 or more years of sales operations experience.
Bachelors degree in a business discipline
Knowledge of AT&T Reporting tools including Business Objects, BID/Sunrise, Horizon, DSR, Dashboard, MyComp
Understanding of calculation of key sales metrics including gross adds, net adds, churn, FRPO, upgrades, and ARPU
Previous experience analyzing reports (including metrics and trends)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Wireless telecommunications experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Keen attention to detail
