AT&T Digital Marketing Manager, Display & Social in Atlanta, Georgia

As our Digital Marketing Manager you will manage our Display/Social marketing tactics to drive sales for our Entertainment products including: IP Broadband/High Speed Internet, AT&T Fiber, TV and Bundles.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with our ad agency as well as coordinating with internal team members Display, Search, Social and Email, offer teams, site experience/landing page teams

  • Provide direction to creative teams for campaigns and analyze creative performance

  • Ensure our media campaigns are brand and legal compliant

  • Optimize our media campaigns to maximize orders for IP Broadband/High Speed Internet, AT&T Fiber, TV, and bundles

  • Develop positive ROI programs and benchmark campaign results

  • Act as subject matter expert when communicating internally and externally regarding display and social media

  • Ensure invoices and budgets are tracked and paid on time

This type of background will get our attention:

  • 2+ years' digital marketing experience

  • Experience in presenting to senior leadership

  • Strong marketing background

  • Strong analytics and reporting background (i.e. tracking tools for desktop and mobile, creative and landing page optimizations)

  • Demonstrated ability to be a driver of change/risk taker: experience in implementing next-generation marketing campaigns and supportive technology

  • Design/creative background helpful

  • Ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams

  • Ability to develop and implement business plans

  • Ability to prioritize and complete numerous deliverables as requested

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is desired
