AT&T Endpoint Security Subject Matter Expert Senior Fort Belvoir, VA (Government) in Alexandria, Virginia
The candidate shall provide Endpoint Security System (ESS) subject matter expertise (SME) support to the user community; perform system health checks; assess risk of the system’s security posture; and proactively assist the DoD Enterprise user community. The candidate shall provide virtual and on-site ESS support of classified and unclassified systems.
The employee shall provide support Services for all aspects of installing, configuring and tuning the DoD Enterprise-wide ESS. The employee shall provide deployment and implementation support including equipment installation, site configuration, site surveys, system administration and monitoring support on Enterprise networks.
Employee shall assist the government with technical SMEs for HBSS and ESS enhancements in cyber security incident response, problem resolution support and problem resolution break-fix support. Employee shall support specified DoD customers on the design, implementation, and operation of ESS, and address technical issues related to the integration, configuration, and support of endpoint security.
Employee shall provide ESS continuation support services to include technical and administrative support for standard/common/migration applications or systems. Activities include application, system and network administration services, maintenance of documentation related to system and network operations, routine system problem identification and correction and LAN/WAN administration
Employee shall provide CND analysis support to strategize situational awareness concepts, develop systems engineering reports and integrate network operations tools and services into DoD's networks.
Employee shall provide data extraction, transformation, and publication capabilities for
product installation data
compliance data based on Enterprise deployment guidance and other directives. Employee shall port any new data extraction and publishing requirements to earlier releases of the product(s) and address DoD requirements for scalability and security of Enterprise data reporting requirements.
Employee shall provide comprehensive Situational Awareness reporting on threats against the DoDIN and visibility of assets in the DoD Enterprise. Situational Awareness is the ability to generate actionable knowledge through the use of timely and accurate information about the Enterprise, its processes, and external factors. Situational awareness includes awareness of what is happening during phases of integration, deployment and sustainment, and to understand how information, events, and actions will impact goals and objectives of the DoD. Employee shall support government development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), SOPs and other documents to meet Situational Awareness program requirements.
The candidate shall work with OEMs such as Intel/McAfee and Microsoft Corporation when consulting services are required.
Required Experience, Education, and Certifications:
5 or more years of experience working with DoD Endpoint security technologies (McAfee HBSS, ACAS solutions)
3 or more years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in host based security roles
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable military/DoD experience
IAT Level II or Higher Certification (DoD 8570.01)
Required Clearance: Active SECRET Ability to obtain Top Secret
